Spanning 12,000 square feet, this cutting-edge facility features nine thoughtfully designed examination rooms, two nurse stations for optimal workflow, a staff kitchen for convenience, and a fully equipped clean utility area to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Owned and operated by the distinguished orthopedic surgeon team at North York General Hospital, this clinic embodies excellence and innovation. In collaboration with SANDBOX Design Management, we are thrilled to bring this exceptional facility to life, creating an environment that prioritizes patient comfort and operational efficiency. This project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic for North York General Hospital. The facility includes nine fully equipped examination rooms, two nurse stations, a dedicated staff kitchen, and a clean utility area. Our team worked meticulously to ensure the clinic’s layout could support up to four practicing doctors at the same time, optimizing space for both functionality and workflow. Key construction elements included high-precision installations for medical equipment, detailed attention to utility systems, and compliance with healthcare standards to ensure safety and efficiency. Every aspect of the build was tailored to meet the specific needs of the clinic’s operations.

Each cedar cabin is fully outfitted with modern conveniences—heating, air conditioning, electricity, lighting, and water—ensuring these furry friends experience the utmost comfort.
